Sales order

  1. Customer undertakes the responsibility of checking all sizes and colors of product on the invoice are correct.
  2. All cabinets are in flat pack, assembly service is optional.
  3. Any changes of order within 72 hours before the pick-up date may be subject to the 20% service charged, based on the sales amount.

Self-Pick-up

1. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date. (Assembled or unassembled)
Otherwise, your order may be rescheduled, and your order may not be available at the point of pick up.

2. Please inform us at least three days prior to pick up if you would like to change the pickup date.

3. If self-pick-up, please ensure that your vehicle meets the weight bearing requirements:

• Flooring: 2500-2800 lbs/pallet.

• Countertop: 210lbs/26” *110”, 300lbs/36” *110”, 420lbs/52” *110”, 800lbs/63” *126” (3cm)

• Cabinet: 50-180 lbs/cab.

Installation

1. We do not provide any services other than the installation of our products, such as demolition services,

modification services, plumbing, and electrical work, etc.

2. If a customer would like to reschedule the installation date, please contact your sales representative within 7 days

of installation date. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. If, due to the customer’s reasons, the installation team is unable to proceed with the installation after arriving at

the site, a $300.00 traveling fee will be charged.

Return and Exchange

1. If product is defective, please inform Krafter’s Land in writing within 48 hours after pick up/delivery.

2. We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been damaged by transportation, stored or any other

cause.

3. We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product that been assembled, installed or modified.

4. The returned item must be in new condition and unopened and follow with the receipt of original order for full

refund.

5. For special return request approval, item packages must be present, and a 25 % restocking fee may be applied for

special return request.

6. No return will be accepted after 30 days of delivery/pick up.

7. Shower doors, mirrors, toilet bowls, ceramic sinks, ceramic farmer sinks, and clearance are FINAL SALE.
