The customer is responsible for confirming that all product sizes and colors on the invoice are correct. Cabinets are provided in flat-pack form, with optional assembly service.
We are not liable for any manual entry errors on the order or design unless we have conducted the measurements and installation.
Any changes to an order made within 72 hours of the scheduled flat pack pick-up date may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the total sales amount. For assembled orders, this policy applies within 120 hours of the scheduled pick-up date.
If an order is prepared but not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled date, a storage fee of $25 per day will apply.
A 6% card processing fee will apply if the entire order is canceled or returned.
Installation Agreement
Pre-installation
Prior to Installation, customer responsibilities include:
Ensuring all appliances are present on-site before installation commences. If appliances are unavailable, cabinet installation will proceed using standard cutouts and spaces. Any required modifications or reinstallations due to appliance absence will result in a $500 trip charge.
The customer must ensure a clear environment for the installer to install cabinets and countertops. If appliances or other obstacles hinder installation, the installer may move the appliances but cannot guarantee their protection.
For countertop installation only, customers must ensure cabinets are leveled and ready for installation. Failure to prepare cabinets will result in a $500 trip charge if our installer arrives.
If our installer cannot access the job site on the scheduled installation date, a $500 trip charge will be incurred.
Customers must remove all old cabinets or countertops unless they choose to pay a demolition fee upfront.
Most countertop installation and fabrication are done on-site, so the customer must provide water and electricity access for the installer.
A designated individual responsible for inspecting installation workmanship must be present on-site. Any defects in workmanship must be reported to your sales representative within 7 days of installation. After this period, requests for repairs or replacements will not be accepted.
Installation Terms and Conditions
KL (Krafter’s Land Cabinetry) will not be liable for any plumbing (dishwashers, sinks), gas, appliances, paint, flooring, wall brackets supporting granite tops, soffit, or electrical work (hood, range, oven, outlets, switches, etc.) unless explicitly specified in the scope of work. Any plumbing or electrical work required, including removal, relocation, reconnection, or addition, must be carried out by licensed professionals hired by the CUSTOMER.
KL will not undertake the installation of appliances or any other construction, plumbing, electrical, or trade work.
CUSTOMER acknowledges that during demolition, some damage to walls, trim, or ceilings may occur. KL will not be held responsible for repairing, replacing, or painting these items.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Deliveries are limited to the garage or front door only, accessible by delivery equipment; no deliveries to the second floors.
We will not remove any packaging materials or protective coverings.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule delivery due to poor road conditions or severe weather.
An adult must be present for unloading. Otherwise, additional labor charges may apply.
Return and Exchange
Notify Krafter’s Land in writing within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery if a product is defective.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for products damaged due to transport, improper storage, or any other reason.
Products that have been assembled, installed, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange.
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in new, unopened condition, accompanied by the original order receipt.
For special return requests, the original packaging must be included, and a 50% restocking fee may be applied. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after delivery or pick-up.
Shower doors, interior doors, mirrors, toilet bowls, ceramic sinks, ceramic farmhouse sinks, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
