Krafter's Land is offering a limited-time Wildfire Recovery Program to support qualifying Spokane-area homeowners whose properties were directly damaged by wildfire and require rebuilding, repair, or remodeling.
1.Program Period
The program is available for qualifying projects registered between September 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027, unless Krafter's Land extends, modifies, or ends the program at its discretion.
2.Eligible Properties & Projects
The program is limited to properties in the Spokane area that were directly damaged by wildfire and are being rebuilt, repaired, or remodeled as a result of that damage. The discounted materials must be used for the specified wildfire-damaged property.
3.Eligible Customers
The program may be used by the property owner or by a contractor, builder, or restoration company purchasing materials on behalf of the qualifying property, subject to program approval and any applicable account requirements.
4.Required Proof of Wildfire Damage
Krafter's Land may require reasonable documentation confirming wildfire-related property damage, including an insurance claim, fire or property damage report, photographs of the damaged property, contractor/restoration company documentation, or other documentation accepted by management.
5.Program Discounts
Qualifying homeowners may receive 30% OFF regular retail pricing on qualifying Cabinet, Closet, Countertop, and Flooring products. Other products are not included unless specifically approved by Krafter's Land. Clearance or already-discounted products are excluded.
6.No Stacking of Discounts
The Wildfire Recovery discount cannot be combined with contractor or builder pricing, promotional discounts, special pricing, clearance pricing, or any other discount or offer. Once the Wildfire Recovery discount is applied, it replaces all other discounts for the qualifying materials.
7.Services & Labor
Discounts apply only to qualifying materials. Service charges and labor are not discounted, including but not limited to assembly, delivery, installation, measurement, cabinet modification, and other labor or on-site services.
8.Taxes & Required Charges
Sales tax and any other required charges will be calculated and collected separately at the applicable rate.
9.Regular Retail Price
All program discounts are calculated based on Krafter's Land's regular retail price in effect at the time of payment. Previous estimates, quotes, or pricing do not lock in or guarantee the regular retail price.
10.One Property Per Project
Each approved project must be tied to one qualifying wildfire-damaged property address. The program may not be used to purchase materials for unrelated properties, projects, or resale.
11.New Orders Only
The program applies only to new qualifying orders placed after the project has been approved for the program. Previously purchased or previously ordered products are not eligible for a retroactive price adjustment or refund of the price difference.
12.Product Availability
All qualifying products are subject to actual inventory and supplier availability. Krafter's Land does not guarantee the availability of any specific color, style, series, size, or product.
13.Management Approval
Each Wildfire Recovery project must be reviewed and approved by the Krafter's Land Store Manager before the discounted order is finalized and payment is accepted.
14.Promotional Materials
Advertising for the program is intended to communicate the general program benefits. The complete Terms & Conditions and project approval determine eligibility and the final discount applied to an order.
15.Program Changes
Krafter's Land reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the program at any time, subject to applicable law.
16.Final Interpretation
The final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility, qualifying materials, documentation, discount application, and program requirements, shall be determined by Krafter's Land.
Final Interpretation and Authority of Krafter's Land
Krafter's Land reserves the final right to interpret, administer, approve, modify, or deny participation in the Spokane Wildfire Recovery Program in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
